• Is in a valid territory (cloud.google.com/terms/cloud-sales-list)

• Has received up to Series A-level funding (max)

• Has a valid website / domain

• Is less than 5 years old

The Google Cloud Programme offers US$3k of Cloud Credit to Start and if you use them the right way you are eligible for up to US$17k more.
